Meet Kaitlyn Glovack, LCSW

A woman with long, wavy brown hair wearing glasses and a septum piercing. She is indoors near a window with a potted plant on the windowsill, dressed in a black top and a beige knitted cardigan.

Hi, I’m Kaitlyn. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and more importantly, I’m someone who believes that therapy works best when it feels like a real, grounded conversation. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported and I’ll also be the one to gently challenge you when you’re ready for it. I believe therapy is where we build the kind of insight that leads to actual, sustainable change, helping you make sense of yourself and the world around you.

I’ve found that healing is rarely linear, so I strive to meet you exactly where you are and work at a pace that feels respectful to your journey. Whether we’re navigating the weight of trauma, the hum of anxiety, or a major life transition, I’m here to provide a nonjudgmental, affirming environment where you can explore your experiences openly.

My Approach to Therapy

I strive to foster a positive relationship with clients by creating a safe space in which clients can feel comfortable sharing their needs and challenges, and where exploring emotions is encouraged and protected. I take a strengths-based approach to therapy, supporting and celebrating clients while also promoting empowerment and resilience.

Am I the right therapist for you?

  • I’ve found that I work best with people who are tired of just looping. You know that feeling where you’ve talked a problem to death, but you still feel the same weight in your chest or the same overthinking keeping you up at night? I’m a good fit for the person who is ready to move past the surface and figure out the why behind those patterns.

  • Because I want everyone to have the specific type of support they need to stay safe and make progress, I’m likely not the best fit for someone currently in an active, acute crisis, who requires daily crisis support. My approach also might not feel like the right 'vibe' if you’re looking for a therapist who takes a more passive role. I’m not the type to just sit back, smile, and nod while you vent for the hour. I’m here to be in the work with you, using tools like EMDR and IFS to dig into the 'why' behind your patterns. If you aren't quite ready to explore those deeper layers or try out new ways of coping yet, my style might feel a bit too active for where you are right now.

  • I’ve recently gotten into the surprisingly meditative world of rhinestoning. I’m a dedicated sourdough baker (it’s a labor of love!), a voracious reader of many different genres, and I am a huge fan of live music and attending concerts.
