Aligned Connections LCSW, PLLC is located in Amherst, NY (15 minutes outside of downtown Buffalo). Clinicians at our practice also provide telehealth therapy for anyone located in the states of New York or Pennsylvania.

The rates for individual, couples, and group therapy vary by clinician. Please see the “Fees” page to see the breakdown of costs per clinician.

Aligned Connections LCSW, PLLC is out of network with all insurance plans. We are happy to provide you with a superbill for out of network reimbursement, if that applies to your insurance plan. We also partner with Thrizer to help you obtain out of network reimbursement for sessions.

We will spend 15 minutes discussing the issues you would like to work on in therapy, as well as answering any questions you might have about the clinician or about the process.

During the intake appointment, your clinician will take a comprehensive history of your life (individual) or your relationship (couples/relationship) and assess for any mental health or substance abuse issues.
