Welcome! Reaching out for support is an important and necessary first step toward greater wellness and overall happiness. The journey to parenthood can look different for everyone and is fraught with emotions, both good and bad. Whether you are struggling with infertility, navigating IVF, or you are a new parent, it is common to experience many varying emotions, including anxiety, fear, and isolation.

Perhaps you and your partner have differing communication styles and/or parenting styles which has resulted in a strain on your relationship. Maybe you are wondering where you and your partner fit into this new family and how to adjust to your new roles. Understanding your emotions, identifying strengths and needs, developing coping strategies and self-care strategies are a few skills that can be developed in therapy.

As a certified perinatal mental health provider, I am here to help you navigate all of the joys, sorrows, and challenges associated with the path to parenthood and new parenthood. I strive to foster a positive relationship with clients by creating a safe space in which clients can feel comfortable sharing their needs and challenges, and where exploring emotions is encouraged and protected.

My Approach to Therapy

I strive to foster a positive relationship with clients by creating a safe space in which clients can feel comfortable sharing their needs and challenges, and where exploring emotions is encouraged and protected. I take a strengths-based approach to therapy, supporting and celebrating clients while also promoting empowerment and resilience.
