W2 employment with paid administrative time, supervision, and consultation
Pay rate of $60-75 per clinical hour based on experience and licensure, with room to grow
Pay rate of $30 per admin hour, including individual supervision, group supervision, and more
$600/year training stipend toward advanced trauma or relationship therapy trainings
Twice monthly 1:1 supervision towards licensure (if applicable)
Supervision toward LMHC or LMFT Diagnostic Privilege in NYS
Once monthly group supervision either virtual or in person in Amherst, NY
Once monthly group EMDR consultation toward EMDRIA Certification

Requirements for Working at Aligned Connections LCSW, PLLC
LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, MHC-LP, LMFT, or MFT-LP licensure in New York State required
Will consider folks with LCSW, LSW, LPC, LAPC, LMFT, LAMFT licensure in Pennsylvania
MUST be explicitly LGBTQ+ affirming and knowledgable, or be willing to attend intensive training to obtain these skills
Must have an interest in specializing in any of the following clinical areas:
Counseling with LGBTQ+ Folks
Trauma Therapy (including EMDR, Brainspotting, IFS, etc)
Couples/Relationship Therapy (including Gottman, EFT, schema, etc)
Perinatal/Postpartum Mental Health
Advanced training in one or more of these areas strongly preferred
EMDRIA-approved EMDR training strongly preferred
Minimum of 5 clinical hours per week, at least 10 clinical hours per week strongly preferred
Strong written documentation and clinical skills, including being proficient in writing biopsychosocial assessments, diagnosis and treatment plans, and clinical case notes
Self-directed and self-sufficient in completing documentation and case planning for clients
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others
