“Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.” — Rumi
Hi, I'm Christine. I’m currently completing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and feel deeply honored to begin my clinical training here under Danielle’s supervision.
I am drawn to this work because I believe each of us has a core self — a sense of who we are beneath trauma, expectations, and survival modes — and that healing invites us back into relationship with that authentic self. I am especially passionate about supporting people navigating trauma, identity, and self-discovery, including individuals who feel disconnected from who they are or who they are becoming.
My Approach to Therapy
I work from a warm, person-centered, humanistic foundation that views you as the expert on your own experience. My approach is grounded in presence, empathy, and genuine curiosity. I believe healing unfolds through safe connection, compassionate exploration, and honoring both your inner wisdom and your lived story.
I draw from person-centered, gestalt, and existential perspectives, and I am deepening my training in trauma-informed therapy under Danielle’s guidance. Together, we will explore not only what has happened to you, but also who you are becoming — and what it means to live in alignment with your values, truth, and sense of self.
Who I Work Well With
I especially resonate with and welcome:
Highly sensitive individuals and deep feelers
Trauma survivors and those in trauma recovery
People exploring identity, values, purpose, or self-worth
Individuals who feel “different,” misunderstood, or disconnected from themselves
Clients seeking authenticity, empowerment, and self-compassion
